Feature Requests

I am creating a new course and found out that Simplero does not add the slash to the discount price when the price is on an order bump. I am requesting this feature to be added as this is common standard in Sweden. We also have legal requirements in Sweden where it is mandatory to have this function clearly advertised. This needs to be visual and clear to the buyer stipulating exatly what the regular price and if a discount is offered. This would enhance the shopping experience and also leads to higher sales. Can you add this feature and how long would it take in that case to implement it? Thanks, //Thomas

Hi team, I’m experiencing a significant issue that I believe many users might also be facing. My accounting system is unable to recognize Simplero invoices properly, which means the correct payments aren’t being matched. Would it be possible to add both the "Gateway transaction IDs" and "our transaction IDs" to the invoice order number and invoice number sections? Alternatively, could these be added to the receipt Greeting section using a snippet? It might be a small task to implement, as the data is already accessible via Settings → Sales → Invoice → Custom View. 🙏 Thank you in advance. Wishing you all the best. I noticed that when a customer purchases a product along with one or more order bumps, the system generates a separate invoice for each item, even though they are purchased in a single transaction. This results in multiple invoices for a single order, which can be confusing for both the customer and for me as the seller. What I’d love to see as a feature is the ability for Simplero to generate a single invoice for the entire purchase. This invoice would include the total amount paid as well as a clear specification of all the items purchased (main product and any order bumps). This approach aligns with how most platforms handle such transactions and creates a smoother experience for both the customer and the seller.

Our account currency is DKK and this cannot be changed. Now we´re launching an international Art School with USD as currency - and we believe it will occur strange to many customers, that they can choose either DKK or USD as currency. We would like very much to be able to make USD the only available currency for that product / price. Fingers crossed. 😊 Jesper

Id just love to have the option of my clients being able to pay with something called Klarna or/ and swish, I do sense some kind of hesitation with opening your credit card for payment to another country outside of Sweden,. In the account settings under Privacy, we can set a custom text for email opt-in consent. The custom email opt-in consent text from Account Settings is used on event sign-up pages and on on list sign-up pages, as expected. However, the custom email opt-in consent text from Account Settings is not used on product order forms that include the checkbox to receive marketing emails. Instead, a Simplero default string is used (i presume it is default?). It would be relevant to have the custom text from Account Settings -> Privacy, apply to order forms as well, to achieve a consistent consent text across events, list signups and product sales. Note: I know that the default string can be overridden inside the settings for each individual product, but in cases where the account settings text is already what we want to display, it would be double the work to also override it inside each product's settings.

Hi - we've had a lot of feedback with people having difficulty finding where to add the coupon code. On a desktop it's much clearer (to the right of the screen), but on a phone it's all the way at the bottom - so unless you scroll further they seem to miss it and abort the order. If it can be moved to under the 'Your Price' section of the Billing screen that would help avoid a lot of these support tickets. Thanks for listening!

I would love to be able to change the configuration of the check out page. The current set up has the more info section to the right. It makes more sense to me to have it on the left as people read from left to right. And the check out page is a last chance to sell the program when someone is still on the fence but just looking at how much the program costs. Please see attached examples. The one is from one of my coaches who uses ThriveCart. The other is mine in Simplero. I hope you will change it or at lease make it possible for us to change it as and when we desire. Thanks!

Some times our customers are charged 2 times for the same invoice - due to integration issues with QuickPay, I guess. However, we are not notified about this. Even though we now can see the double payment, when we check in Simplero - and return the money - when the customer notifies us about it. It would be very helpful, if we could get a notification email, whenever there is an issue like this we have to address. It makes customers very nervous that they have to find out about problems like that themselves.

Would be great if we were able to change the text displayed for the checkout button on an order form. What works for an English CTA (call to action) text does not always be the case in Danish. The texts tends to be a little too "aggressive" in Danish (at least for our target group).
