PROBLEM: From what I can gather in order to provide a product (course) to a user it is not possible for admin to send out a Coupon Code. We have to get the freebie link with limited control on the # who can access. FEATURE REQUEST/SOLUTION: provide the option to create a single coupon code (with function to set the # of unique coupon code uses) that could be sent out to users. The product(course) could still be showing as live and used for realtime site interaction testing, or offer as an additional "incentive" check the emails, post on social media to drive free content, etc.

I would love to be able to pass along credit card fees to my customers. I process payments for my consulting through Xero that uses Stripe integration for credit card processing. Essentially, it shows the product at the price I set but then on checkout it adds the credit card processing. Since it's a Stripe integration, I hope it would be easy to put it here as well. This would be an amazing feature to add that would increase the potential for revenue for pretty much everybody. Food for thought.

Hi, I love the special ding my phone gives when I get a simplero sale. However I would love to be able to choose so that I can get a 'ding' when a private coaching clients signs up, but not when hundreds of people sign up for my free programs. So either - send me a 'ding' if the sale is over the value of x Or set the 'ding' per product that would override the system setting. Or have the ability to turn it off for certain products.

When configuring Stripe, you can set a default statement descriptor, as well as a shortened statement descriptor. The latter will be used as a prefix automatically if only a statement descriptor suffix is provided. If Simplero allowed only configuring the suffix, eg. "OCT COURSE", then the full statement descriptor on the transaction would be automatically formatted by Stripe as eg. "BIZNAME* OCT COURSE". The between prefix and suffix makes the descriptor easier to read for multiple transactions from the same company, with details about what it is for after the . It is not possible to format like this currently since you are not allowed manually providing the * sign in the full statement descriptor.

We'd love the ability to use a coupon code on "Secret" Prices at checkout - field is missing even though coupons are present for the products used. We use Secret prices often for upsell bumps and funnels to track the purchase path or to offer sale prices in sales funnels, or additional discounts to members, however we've noticed that because we use secret prices the Coupon Field is not visible at the checkout. This also disables us from being able to test funnel processes with a 100% OFF coupon.

Id just love to have the option of my clients being able to pay with something called Klarna or/ and swish, I do sense some kind of hesitation with opening your credit card for payment to another country outside of Sweden,. Hi. The majority of our sales are B2C, so we do not want 'Billing address' and 'Company name & EU VAT no.' on our order form. But from time to time we have contacts that want to have their job or business pay for the courses and then we have to manually activate the fields 'Billing address' and 'Company name & EU VAT no.' on the orderform and manually remove them again then purchase has been made. This process also include emailing back and forth with the contact and spending time to keep an eye on if they have purchased or not. It would be great if we could have multiple orderforms for the same produc with different settings. Then we could add a link to our sales page (if you are a company click here... or something like that). It would save us some time and trouble. Thanks in advance Siif

In Stripe you can turn on a payment by Klarna, Przelewy24, BLIK, Apple Pay. All of this payments aren't working in Simplero.

Hi, I have had a few patients in my practice that have wanted to use the "Afterpay" option through my Square processor. I have seen that Stripe has the ability to use Afterpay as well but it isn't an option in our order forms. This would be very helpful as I have not always had the best luck doing in-house financing of services or products. Thanks.

Right now, if you add a purchase to a customer and select purchase without paying or the client doesn't have a card on file (because you plan to get it at a later date and their first payment doesn't start for a while), the charges do not automatically load even activating the purchase and when selecting the correct price/installment plan. It would be great if the price would load so we can add a card or that it will invoice the customer when the amount is due.
