Hi. When adding a link to a note in the new automation-design, the links is not active. So you have to copy-paste the link to a tab in your browser. Please make them Click-able. Thank you Siif

Game changer -- I just discovered that I can use Simplero's Ai from within a course to talk to it about creating a free webinar to sell the course! It knows all the course material and can well brainstorm introductory content to give people context for why the course is worthwhile. As well, I can talk to the Ai to further extend the course with additional content if needed. Up to now, I've been using things like Google Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude for this. Doing it in Simplero is much better because Simplero Ai has all of my course content already! One thing I'm concerned about is ... am I using the best available LLM? It's not transparent which LLM Simplero uses. Of course, it's understandable that the cheapest LLM is being used. But, instead of paying $20 to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other LLM platform, I'd rather pay Simplero that money and be able to select the highest LLM model to back a specific Ai bot in Simplero to help me create content.

I am glad you updated the automation flows, but the overview is bad. I can only see max 3 mails at the time on my screen, because off the "air" between each element. When having long flows, that means a lot of scrolling and no owerview. Could you add an option to compress or move some of the air between elements? As shown on screenshot from my pc, its showing very Little of the automation flow (thats the whole screen)

Today came an update and this has affected the automation overview quite rapidly. Before I was able to see 6-7 emails in the automation overview. Now it is made so that the steps inbetween the emails are taking up a lot of unnecessary spacing making it difficult to see more than 4 emails at a time. This requires a lot of scrolling back and forth which could be easily avoided if eg. the "wait" step didnt take up 3 cm of the screen. Hope you will consider this and maybe make e bid more contrast between the background and the emails,

Hi there, It's great that we have an automation to help us remove or clarify the unengaged contacts. However, it would be great if the landing page that people go to after the "Click Here ~ Keep sending me email" or whatever the language is used for them to click on "Yes, I want to stay connected." At the moment, when they/we click on that button, we are taken to a page with a tiny banner at the top that quickly disappears saying they have confirmed their subscription, and the radio button selected is for them to unsubscribe. It would be great if: 1) the banner telling them they have successfully confirmed their subscription was more prominent, maybe centered on the screen, and maybe have it so that it didn't disappear. 2) The radio button that is selected by default is the one to stay subscribed. Hi. It would be nice to have a "split test step" in the automations. In the step we should be able to select tags we want to use in our splittest and how to distribute the tags Example: I choose to have 3 tags in the step: Morning-campaign split A | 33% Morning-campaign split B | 33% Morning-campaign split C | 33% When the contacts go through this step 33% of the contacts will get the tag 'Morning-campaign split A' In the rest of my automation I can now use the tags to give the contacts different flows. Example i can create 3 different emails and add conditions to the emails to make sure that each group of tagges contacts get the right email And i can easily see in my products if it is 'Morning-campaign split A' that purchased the most. IT would be so awesome with such a "random-tag-spil-test-step" 😍 Thank you very much Siif

It's lovely to have Zapier be able to access various Simplero triggers and actions. Another one would be a game changer -- Simplero Surveys. For example, I'm setting up an invite-a-friend mechanism to get registrations for a webinar. If they fill out a Survey saying which friend invited them, I'd like an automation to send that friend a thank you email. Right now that doesn't seem possible with Simplero automation. With Zapier, it could be like this: Simplero Survey triggers the Zap. The Zap reads the field "your friend's email address" The Zap asks Simplero to send an email to that address. Thanks for considering!

When a list (e.g. the house email list) is configured to have double opt-in enabled, new subscribers receive a confirmation email and click to confirm their subscription. When people are subscribed via a "Subscribe to list" trigger, the double-opt-in email is not sent out, they are just subscribed directly to the list. It could be useful to have the option of using double opt-in, also for trigger-based list subscriptions. My use case: My house list is already using double opt-in for normal sign-ups via a signup form. A new contact signs up for an event, and checks the consent box (effectively, saying yes to recieving emails from my house list. The event has a trigger on it that subscribes the contact to my house list (and another trigger, that resubscribe the contact, in case they were unsubscribed).

I would love to add a trigger or automation or tag if someone starts a worksheet but does not complete it. Since there are no required fields- I have people starting them and not finishing them and then I cannot email them separately to tell them to finish them.
