Feature Requests

I can’t use the @everyone feature in scheduled posts in communities or groups, instead I have to remember to manually do this if I want members to get an email prompt. Please can you add this feature?

Currently in Courses (in both the Legacy Version and the New Experience) there is an option to change the colour of the module. However, once changed in the new experience, there doesn't seem to be an effect to the appearance of the course. In the Legacy version, the borders between the lessons changed. It would be great to have the colour listed in the module affect the lesson appearance: perhaps the titles of the lessons could turn that colour, or buttons could become that colour, or borders could become that colour. It is a nice visual cue of which lesson you are on. Can we turn on that feature again? Thanks!

The leaderboard and points system looks pretty cool, but the fact that it only applies to commenting and posting in the forums is pretty limiting. On my community sites, they're primarily training sites, so I'd love to see points awarded automatically for completing lessons and/or completing courses. Currently I can: Create a trigger: when a lesson is completed, award points. But triggers can't be multi-select, so I have to create a trigger on every single lesson if I wanted to do that. I'm so used to zooming in on most websites (especially Simplero) that I didn't even consider the fact that MOST people don't know how to zoom in, or it's not their common practice to make a website more readable for themselves. The common font size for Simplero community forum (and course home page) is really small! Please enlarge it by at least double. I think this will make it more pleasant for most people. Those who are tech savvy and want small font can easily zoom out of course :)

Just like with forum discussions, it would be nice to be able to move a lesson discussion from one lesson to another.

I notice when browsing the new community, it's not obvious that there are more comments than whatever is displayed while scrolling. For example see the attached image... it appears to be one comment only, but then if you look carefully at the "comments" button it says 3 comments... whereas in other social media, it's more obvious when there are multiple comments to look at...

Now that the new Notification widget is live in the new site layout (great stuff!), things are looking much brighter for clearing up email inboxes. I suggest letting people choose if they want notifications via email or via notification widget. One possible place to have such a user configuration located, could on the notification settings page for each user. Looking forward to more community engagement and to staying notified while keeping my email inbox clear.

I miss the ability to use standard emojis in the New Experience. They are familiar and more visible. Maybe we could have a toggle to turn on the new emojis, and have the old emojis available as a default? The other issue I am experience with the new emojis is the background that they are on. One of my brand colours is pink, and 2 of the emojis have the same colour (the "like emoji" and the "angry" emoji). Which effectively makes the emojis disappear when used because they just show a big pink dot.

The way that comments are displayed in Simplero forums right now, it's not intuitive how to see all the comments, because often only 1 or 2 comments are displayed, even if there are many more. Why not simply add a "View more comments" or "Load more comments" button? See the attached screenshots for the way that Facebook and LinkedIn does it...

Hi. In the "old" membership sites it is possible to have multiple videos, PDFs, audiofiles and so on shown as embedded files beneath each other. This feature has been removed from the new community feature 😢 We use this SO much in our courses, because we create a lot of short videos for each lesson. Please add this feature to the new community as well. Thank you Siif Ps.
