After the last change of the dashboard it makes it even harder for a client to change a card / membership levels etc - having to go though several hoops (not always easy logic for a client) is not sustainable. Here is feedback from one of our clients and my reply.. "please give instructions..to change card details for my monthly subscription it is not intuitive. thanks" - the need for a very long reply.. it really should not be this hard.. The media library could stand some much-needed updating. First, when selecting media within a course, lesson, page, anywhere really... we should be able to filter by tag. Next, when deleting media, there should be a warning if it's currently being utilized anywhere on the site. Finally, a nice-to-have would be "suggested tags" that populate once the item is uploaded.

Hi. In the past we were able to see the content of an email in an automation just by hovering over the email. I would be very happy if you would bring that back. It was much faster than opening up 20 emails in new tabs because you can't remember what email you your content to 🙈😅 Thank you Siif

Hey team If I want space between the bullets in a bullet list the only current way is to create several bulletlists with only one bullet point in it. Right now when the line height between the sentences for each bullet and the general line height is the same, it quickly becomes very "clunky" and appear text heavy. I would like a gap between each bullet, so it gets more "light" and airy and there easier to read. If we could be able to set the gap between each bullet, it would be amazing. An example of the clunky with only one bullet list and a more airy variation with one bullet list pr bullet, and padding set to be 8 between top and bottom of each element. This might be a completely unreasonable request. But I'm wondering if Simplero could provide the infrastructure to purchase/register domain names. This is something that you can do with Wordpress.com https://wordpress.com/pricing/ and perhaps other sites. It's completely reasonable to me that it would be an additional cost, but domain name registration is typically not that expensive. Maybe included in the Skyrocket plan, perhaps? Anyways, here's the reason I'm asking: recently Simplero started doing DNS stuff. So I can point my nameservers to Simplero and configure my DNS settings in Simplero. But I still have to register my domain name outside of Simplero, so I still have to maintain a separate account, whether the DNS settings are done in Simplero or in my external provider, neither of those save me a step. Anyway, if Simplero offered domain registration, then I could completely cut ties with the other provider that I've registered my domain with (that I have a separate login with, and they have my credit card information, etc). As it is, I still need that account to be active. Potentially, having the option to register a domain name within Simplero might be... SIMPLER... for new users who are just setting up their first site for the first time and don't know all the steps to go through?

We want to be able to show upcoming products in our store, with a price, but not yet available for sale (e.g. Add to Cart and Buy Now are shown as grayed out). It would be nice if this was keyed off of a price that was available in the future, but a toggle would work well too. Currently if the product is Listed and there is a single live price but it has a start date in the future, the product does not appear in the store. Support suggested building my own store page using the Products element and then manually create a section with the Coming Soon products: I'll do that for now but I'd rather have it be automatic.

I noticed that if I'm logged out, then go to one of my webpages and login, it doesn't return me back to that page, but sends me to the /purchases page...

I would love to have a place to upload transcripts for each podcast. I already have transcripts that generate along with my audio recorder when I make an episode, but only see one spot, show notes, to enter this information on the podcasts page in Simplero. I haven't wanted to use that space for a transcript and overwhelm the show descriptions in apple podcasts, spotify and other apps. I'm thinking to have an easy to copy/paste spot for the transcripts like buzzsprout uses for each episode, that then gets easily picked up by the streamers when they grab the rss feed.

Hey Simplero I just had a case where it would be great to have a possibility to switch the visibility of restricted prices to "on" Just to carve it out: My client has a "members club", the members of the club gets discounts on all other products. So member prices on the other products are restricted based on wether or not they have an active membership, but this also makes it invisible for everyone else. But we would actually like to be able to show to non-members that the price is there, but "greyed" out because they aren't members, but it might spike their interest and make them look into the membership. I could imagine some kind of toggle button under advanced settings, making it possible to switch visibility on/off for those prices. Default should probably be off. Hi. It would be nice if it was possible to change the color and the text size of the prefilled text on the order form. It is very light and hard to read. Especially the description of the payment processor is so tiny and almost impossible to read 🙈🤓 (please see attached image for example) Thank you very much Siif
