Simplify/customize the "request testimonial" form
I previously had a survey I used to request testimonials, and it had three questions. basically, what product are you reviewing, rating, and comments. (It was a survey so it automatically knew the contact's name and email.) Now, the request testimonial form has way more extra fields, and to me they look like they're in a weird order. For example: when I'm asked to leave a review for anything, the first question I am always asked for is a numerical review (i.e. 5 stars), but on the testimonial form, it's literally the last field, and it's the ONLY field that is labelled as "Optional." Many of the other fields are optional, so why draw attention to the fact that Rating is optional? Also, why isn't it the first field? Why isn't it higher up than, say, the attachment field which I would consider the most optional? For example: why is "author image" taking up so much space, and why is it so high up on the form? I'd like to disable that field, along with "your title" and "link to your website." I recognize that some other users would find those valuable, but to me those look like clutter. Simplero contact profiles can have urls attached to them already, and also, I already have a custom contact field for "job title" which I collect on the order form, so it seems like it would be a nicer experience for the end-user if I could already port this in from the contact. Can we customize the testimonials form please? I love that it exists but I think I would get a ton more people willing to leave a review/testimonial if it was easier for them to do so, and that includes making the form more streamlined.

Please get rid of the yellow speech bubble notes in automations.
Hi. Could we please go back to the old way of showing notes in automations? The current display and layout of notes within the new Automations interface make it difficult to get a quick and easy overview of the automation flow, especially when using notes for detailed explanations. We request a return to a more integrated and space-efficient way of displaying notes, or an implementation of a new design that addresses the current limitations. --- ### Current Problem While the new Automations layout is generally acceptable, the current implementation of notes, displayed as yellow speech bubbles, presents several issues: Poor Use of Space: Notes, particularly longer ones, take up excessive vertical space . The width of the note is too narrow , forcing text onto multiple lines and making the overall automation sequence look long and cluttered. Lack of Readability: The text within the notes is very small , and any links added within the note are not clickable , reducing their utility. Disjointed View: The notes exist as separate elements (speech bubbles) and feel disconnected from the actual step they are referencing, which complicates a quick, logical review of the automation. It feels like they are all over the place and you can't quicky skim through the automation because your eyes has to switch focus all the time. --- ### Proposed Solution It would be nice if you could integrating the notes directly into the automation step they are attached to (as in the old days 😅), utilizing the full width of the step, as follows: * Integration: Instead of a separate yellow speech bubble, the note should be displayed inside the actual automation step. * Collapsible Design: Implement a collapsible section for the note: * Initially, only show the first one or two lines of the note to provide brief context. * Include a mechanism (e.g., a "..." icon or a small arrow) to expand and collapse the full note content as needed. * Full-Width Utilization: By integrating the note into the step, it would utilize the full available width of the automation step for the text field, drastically reducing the need for excessive vertical scrolling due to line wraps. * Functionality Improvement: Ensure that any links within the note are fully clickable. --- ### Expected Benefits This change would significantly improve the user experience and efficiency when building and reviewing automations: * Better Overview: A much cleaner, less cluttered interface, making it easier to follow the automation logic at a glance. * Improved Readability: Notes would be easier to read due to better text sizing and the use of the full step width. * Increased Utility: The ability to use clickable links in notes would allow for easy cross-referencing to documentation or external resources. --- The above if for action/mail steps etc. The speach bubble works fine for waitsteps. Because a wait step naturally already are separating the action/mail steps. Thank you very much Siif (image attached of the new and old notes)
