Feature Requests

Hi. When clicking a link in emails our subscribers see this screen shortly (see screenshot). In these days where our subscribers get so many phishing and spam mails if does not feel safe to be redirected when clicking a link in an email. Please just ad a gif with a process bar, clock or a maybe a little hamster running in a wheel... something neutral where every one will understand that the page is loading but where they do net get concerned if they have clicked something bad in their email. Hi. We often send out emails with videos inside of the email. We would like to be able to see who clicked the video in the email Add triggers to those who click the video See stats of how many people click to watch the video When they click the video in an email it opens up in their browser - so i picture that it might be possible to add the videos to the links overview in emails and let us have the same features for email-clicks as we have for links-clicks? Hi team Not sure if it's possible at all, but it would be amazing to be able to see how long the "dwell" time our recipients has on an email, to find out if they actually read the email or not. Right now we only can see opens - and not know if they spend time on the email. Best regards Sarah

Hi. As it is now when you want to add an image and want to search for the image, you can only search for the file name - You can't search for the label. It would be nice if the word types in the search field also found all the images that has that word in the labels. Ex.: I have an image with the file name 'Screenshot 20240314-2015' I have added two labels: House Tree When I search for the word 'Tree' in the search field. I would like to see all the images that contains the word 'Tree' in the filename. And I would also like to see all the images that contains the word 'Tree' in the label. It would make it so much easier to find the images I am looking for in the image library. Alternatively make a feature where you can select the labels you want to see all the images for - so you do not have to only rely on the search field. Thanks a lot Siif

Hi. When you add a video to your content in emails and the subscriber clicks the video to play it. The the email open in a browser window. Instead of seeing the video, the you see the email from the beginning again. It would be very nice if the browser version of the email would jump directly to the part of the email showing the video, because all of the above text in the email they have already red. This would make it much more user friendly. Thank you Siif

In the past month, I have been inundated with emails from contacts telling me that the link to access their content doesn't work. What's happening is they get an email granting access to a membership site, that has their name and password and a link that says "Access Your Content Now" The email looks important so they bookmark it. Every time they want to continue their training, they click the "Access Your Content Now" link. And it works great... at first. And then, suddenly and inexplicably (to them) it stops working. I have been finding myself sending a new login information email, which works great... for a while. And then I get the same email from contacts saying it doesn't work anymore. Can you please include some text, ANY TIME A MAGIC LOGIN LINK IS SENT, that says "This link will expire in 24 hours" And also maybe when we're sending the login information including access to the membership site, we tell them what the regular URL is of the membership site is? If the only way they are told by the automated emails is "click this link" and the link expires without notice, I can see why people are having trouble.

Hi team I've had a request from a client to change the blockquote color in a broadcast. However, this is only possible with source code. It would be great if the color could be pulled from the preset brand colors in stead? Thanks.

To keep emails out of spam, it helps to use lots of variables, like {{Name}} or {{Occupation}}, but another great addition is to allow for RANDOM text and allowing emails to push out at RANDOM TIMES. These two feature is available on other platforms like Instantly and Grow Me Organic for example. Here is an example of RANDOM text: Hi {{firstName}} , You constantly tell others to prioritize {{RANDOM | self-care | me time | personal care}}, but when was the last time you did that for yourself? Each our going email will randomly have one of those 3 options. If you put 2 to 3 of these RANDOM text field in your emails, the spam bots would pick it up as 100 of "the same" emails going out. Additionally, these platforms don't push out all your emails at the same time in 1 big batch. You can use "set intervals, like every 1-3 minutes, or better yet, randomly between 1 and 7 minutes apart.

Hi! You recently changed quick emails to include to new fields: sender name and sender email. After that change, the email address that used to be default in quick emails, was changed to the email from ones admin profile in Simplero. I suggest an option where each admin can change their default sender name + sender email on quick emails. The reason is I believe a lot of users use a private email like gmail etc to login to the Simplero account, and the name will also normally be their own name, not company name. I think its no longer quick email if we have to change sender name and email every time we want to send a quick email

Hi Team It would be great having the possibility to create a "global" email signature that rolls out on all auto-mails, broadcasts etc. with an option of turning it on/off either on specific emails - or it simply popping up as standard text in the email, and thereby having the option to make slight changes.
