Hi. When I look at the 'Course analytics -> Lesson completion' to see how much a participant has watched. You can't look op a contact that does not have access anymore. Case: We have a participant that want to get a refund for a course. She has stopped the payments on her installments so now she is inactive. She claims that she has not participated in the course. We would like to be able to see if that it True. But there is no setting to see statistics for inactive participants/members so we can't see if she has watched any of the content or not. Please add a filter option to see analytics for inactive members/participants. Thank you Siif

Currently, there is no way to see that a course is scheduled to be released. The way the current functionality is is that if the course is set to be schedueld, it would be in a draft like state until the date you select. Then on that date, it would be published. So it is basically invisible and then with no announcement or anticipation, it suddenly appears. If we schedule a lesson to be released it should allow the option like Kajabi to see that there are lessons scheduled for release. Example below. Shouldn't have to setup an automation or preview with dripped acesss complicated manauever when I already have it scheduled. Also would be nice to see all lessons and the release schedule because I added a few lessons with release date and without any releases it is showing 0/0 lessons which is wierd when there could actually be 30 lessons in there waiting to be released.

I’d like more control over delivering and tracking certifications. We would like to issue continuing education certificates for webinars and in person events and not just as a result of clicking “complete lesson” or passing a quiz for the 8th time.

On the course reports, we can select the columns to view, but when you select "Certificates completed" and try to download no values appear. This has gone to tech support for help but was not able and recommend a feature request. This would be super-helpful in end-of-year reporting for a large number of courses to know how many completed certificates without having to manually calculate.

Hi team In this use case for a client of mine, we need to be able to add specific information to the certificate. She has a course where it's approved through the "Advokatsamfundet" here in Denmark, but in order to send out an approved and official certificate certain requirements needs to be added in the certification. I would love not having to do the certificate sending manually, and just let Simplero do it all for me... But then I need to be able to add information and an appendix for the certificate. Not sure if this would be possible in any way, but as always I appreciate you taking it into consideration. Thanks Sarah

I run a course that two people take together (engaged couple) and I need the certificate to have both their names on it. I'd love to be able to add custom fields to the certificate because I can just create a custom registration field for the other person's name and then add that to the certificate. Also being able to add in a short paragraph to the certificate or upload my own background image would be so helpful!

Really need to have the course certificates to at least be customizable or go in and make a minor adjustment to the size of the sections in the certificate.

I (like a number of you!) offer courses in which a unique certificate (for a person) is needed. The same course fits the need of different customer types but also courses that are approved by different agencies. ***So if you have 25 courses you now need to manage 50 to accomplish this (as an example). PROBLEM: In order to do this (and I have explored this a lot!) you have to DUPLICATE a course, which creates a more pain points for admin to review content, send out automations, etc. (i.e., more backend work). having to go get data (on the same course information) from two or more courses is a problem in order to solve the problem I either don't offer the course (segmented to a different customer base), or have to "ZAP" in a new platform to issue certificates (but I think I still have to do a duplicate course)... = more $$$ spent. SOLUTION: create the option to have multiple certificates that are issued based on the customer attributes (in a list, a tag, etc).

Hi. It would be nice to have a toggle on det video to switch between playing the video and listening to it as audio. Mindvalley has this feature and it is great because then you can turn of you screen on your phone and still listen to the video. I do not know about you.. But I listen to a lot of stuff while walking, doing laundry and so on, and I like to save power on the phone while listening 😅 Right now we upload all our videos as MP3 as well, and then have one lesson with the video recordings and one lesson with the audio recordings. It would be nice just to have one lessons with the recordings instead of two. This would be possible if the partipant can select to switch to "just audio". (and the podcast feature is not quite for us). Thank you Siif

We would like to be able to prevent students from commenting on most of our lesson pages, with a few exceptions. It would be great to have an on/off toggle per page in the back end. Thank you!
