Bulk Edit Course Lessons | Preview Settings, Trigger, and others

When looking at a list of lessons, I wish I could bulk edit.
Also, I which I could have an easier/quicker time of adding a lesson to the top, rather than always have to put it at the bottom, and then scroll drag 100+ lessons above that — which... sometimes glitches out and doesn't work.
