Feature Requests

Is it just me, but... when I went to check this out, with a customers' mind. My first thought was... "Okay, where do I login?" It's not very clear that you're supposed to click the 'normal looking' text. Also, side note: I can't understand why I'm not able to change the 'black' text on the buttons. Even though it's clearly stated in my style sheet. Customer support told, essentially, "that's just the way the system is." (if I remember correctly)

Hi 😊 When i receive a new message ('Ny besked' in Danish) in the 2.0 forum. I also receive an email. This is great! The subject line of that message is 'Ny besked'. I guess it is "New message" when your language is English. I use gmail and assume that a lot of our participants do so too. The problem is that Gmail combines alle the 'New message-emails' in one thread. So now in the same tread I have messages from multiple people and from multiple membership sites. It is very confusing. I would like to rename the subject line for the messages sent from our membership site, to make sure that our participants can see that this notification email is from our Membership site. It could be something like "New message from {{firstname}} in {{membership site name}}" This would giver our participants a much better experience when using in message feature in our membership sites. Hey team Most of my clients prefer to have a welcome page as the starting point of their membership site - and we do a small recap with sections such as "Find you material here" = course catalogue "Special offers for you" = feature element or featured products But I would love to have a "see the latest posts from the forum" element to add to that welcome page as well, so it shows the last 2-3 posts. Not sure if it would be possible at all, but would be really cool if it was... 😊 Thanks, Sarah

When looking at a list of lessons, I wish I could bulk edit. Also, I which I could have an easier/quicker time of adding a lesson to the top, rather than always have to put it at the bottom, and then scroll drag 100+ lessons above that — which... sometimes glitches out and doesn't work.

Hi. The Groups feature are brilliant and looks awesome in the new community layout. When you add the 'group index' you get a good looking overview of the groups you are a member of and af feed with the posts. You do also get a link to 'Discover new groups' even though there are no new groups for you to get access to. Please only show this to people that actually has access to join more groups. It would future-proof and support the robustness of having several topic-focused groups, if admins can move posts and comment threads around, in order to keep discussions on topic. So, apart from picking a new category, also i suggest having the option to move a post to a different group. Use case: I am developing a new setup for the Groups on the new membership site experience and would like transfer a large number (into the hundreds) existing posts and comment threads from one general group that's been serving my members well for some time now, into a number of new, more topic-focused groups that will be the future setup.

We love that members can engage with the forum via email, but would like to see the following upgrade: Allow members to receive a digest / summary of forum activities - maybe on a weekly basis - to avoid inbox overload. Allow members to set up email notifications for forum posts based on specific categories. So, they can sign up to only get notifications if it is in the "pitch meeting" category, for example.

Adding the option to expand or collapse all modules on the front end, as well as in the course editor in the back end would be such a nice addition.

As with other community forums, it would be great to be able to add a cover image to the post instead of just an image in the post itself (or, in other words, to have an image above text content in the post). It will make the forum much more visually appealing. Secondly, it would also be great to add videos as cover videos.
