Currently, setting a worksheet to non-live puts it in "draft" mode and gives users a HTTP 404, page not found error message.

Users may still visit the worksheet link, and the worksheet is still present from the user's purchase overview page even though it is not live.

Suggesion: Let admins set a custom message in the worksheet settings to notify the user that the worksheet is not available right now. This would reduce confusion and let users be guided more when we take worksheets offline.
