Worksheet MP3s and videos

After my previous request of having conversational worksheets was implemented, all the videos, images and MP3s on the worksheets have now disappeared on viewing. They are there on the back end. Is there any way of bring them back? Screenshots show MP3 and video visible on the backend but not on the front end.

Dr Manjir Samanta-Laughton I've been able to replicate the issue when you visit a worksheet SAVED response page. Meaning that when you visit a clean worksheet page the videos do show.
I've reported that to the Engineering team.
Would you let me know if the issue also shows when you visit a new worksheet page providing a link to the worksheet page on your end?
