Hey there folks: don't know if anyone else is losing sales
but I am
.... I just went into Stripe and I could see how many purchases were attemtped, then abandoned.
All because I'm having an amazing sale right now
using a promo code
and no one can figure out how to enter it on the order form!!!
So today I resorted to adding
Literal Instructions
on where to find that tiny font sentence and what to do to be able to enter the code. (see attached screenshot if you care to replicate the same thing on your order forms)
Does anyone else think this is crazy?
Truly one of our number one priority is to make it easy for customers to buy from us. Well this is not easy for them!
