When someone can cancel or reschedule event: Right after booking & Before Event Starts should be two different options

Currently, you can set a period when someone can cancel or reschedule their Scheduling Link event.
But it applies to the period right after booking AND the period before the event starts.
We want people to be able to cancel or reschedule as early as possible if they realise they made a mistake with their booking time. But we don't want anyone to be able to cancel within 48 hours of the event start time.
Right now, we have to lock the event down to 2 days to ensure they can't cancel within 48 hours of event start time, but it means people who do want to reschedule or cancel quickly after booking can't.
It becomes a manual process to sort it out and we get annoyed customers who can't edit their bookings when it could be super easy if we had two options:
Period in which it's not possible to cancel or reschedule right after booking
Period in which it's not possible to cancel or reschedule before event begins.

Having this inability right after booking seems wierd should at least just be an allowed rescedule till time before event, not both unless you split like request asks. Not even sure use case for ehy it was made like this TBH
