Support ticket thread should include the referenced link for both the customer and staff

I notice that when I have a support thread with the Simplero team, there's no indication of which page I was on when I submitted the support ticket... but I think the staff see the URL to that page, correct?
It would be useful to show it to me the customer as well, so we can be "on the same page" 😂

Yes, it used to be clear which page I was on when I submitted a ticket requesting Simplero help. it doesn't' seem as clear these days.
