Now that my customers have been using the Forum for awhile -- they're (mostly) loving it! Much better place to start & find discussions, compared to Course Comments (which are of course great too.)

I feel that we are to replacing FB Groups with Simplero Forum... that would be huge for so many coaching/facilitation businesses.

Here are the key things to tweak with Forum:

1. Allow every category to sort by New Posts... not just most-recent-comments.

This has been available in FB Groups for a long time, and it's essential for active Forum visitors, as well as moderators.

2. Give notifications of who's liked your posts -- thankfully this is already in progress 👏🏽

Just these two features would greatly improve the Forum experience.

This one is harder to do I'm sure but would be essential for replacing FB groups:

3. Allow full Forum participation on Simplero App too. Right now, it's doable in Mobile Browser but the clunky thing is -- in the main forum, you have to scroll allll the waaay down to be able to find the 'write a new post' button.

Maybe that's the simple tweak: duplicate the button higher up on the Mobile Browser page.

Optional but cool features that would make it even better than FB Groups:

4a. Give user ability to collapse all content except for Titles (plus the usual: author, date, category, # of comments)... makes it much easier to scroll through for something interesting.

4b. Would be even cooler to have display modes like what Gmail settings has (compact vs comfortable) --

Titles only

Titles + 140 characters

Titles + current length (480 char?)

5. Ability to sort posts by least comments: this would make it easy for moderators (and supportive forum members) to make sure nothing has fallen through.
