show section X time after page load - self liquidating section

In the old page builder we had an option to hide/show X time after page load (Self liquidating section). We desperately need this in the new builder as well, so we can show a CTA section after it's reasonably certain, that visitors have watched most of a video.
This could be made redundant by video time based CTA's like these requests

Directory Toolkit

Simplero, still waiting for a list of old features not yet implemented into 2.0 builder so we as a community can see the X number of missing features and current votes, priority, or implementation timeline for these for the community. Seems like an easy ask? Thought Liz was working months ago but haven't seen anything yet.
