Shareable, Personal Journal

Some membership formats could benefit from members being able to write a personal journal of their training/experiences. The format of the journal should be free but possibly enforce basic stuff like a date for every new note. Ideally, the journal would be searchable and include the possibility to insert images.
The journal structure should be able to cope with 100s of notes per user per year, think of something like daily journaling on "i feel grateful for this today"... or "today i learned about..."
I'd then like people to be able to share a public read-only link to their journal for others (also non-simplero-users) to see - one that doesn't require login, and possibly, a link that can be reset (like freebie product links).
I'm considering using a worksheet and then letting users write their notes as multiple worksheet answers or in the comment thread, but worksheets lack the ability to share a read-only link, and they don't really scale well for daily journaling notes.

Along this same line, a possibility to assign a specific page to a client so only she has access to it, would be really useful. Currently if I have a video correction for a student, I have to create a hidden page in the membership site, and there are no possibilities for comments. So if we had a joint journal, like a forum thread private to the client and me, where we could share files like a video, make comments, etc., that could be beneficial and useful!
I wouldn't want to share it out, however.

Or could I upload a video to the media center and then drop the video into the chat with a particular client? That would be awesome. Especially if they can upload photos of their homework or PDFs, those are the two formats we use the most frequently. Is this possible in the new membership format?
