I'd love to have a way to set a maximum capacity for events.
For example if you're doing something in-person and you only have so much room for people - you could set a limit, like: only "24 people" can register for this event.

Yes please, this would be really useful. Events are super nice, but it's stressful (and stupid) to have to manually keep an eye on number of registrants to be able to remove them from the event list at the max number of attendees, and also that makes it hard for those registered to find the event info again.

Calvin Correli -- Now that I've seen the power of Simplero's Events and Scheduling tools (amazing!) I'm seriously thinking of switching over from AcuityScheduling -- and telling everyone to stop using that and switch to Simplero instead -- but one of the key features of AcuityScheduling is allowing a maximum number of bookings per event. This is essential for creating group coaching calls where there are only 3 spots per call, for example, for members to get spotlight coaching. Would love to use Simplero for this instead of Acuity 😊

Yes, - this is actually mandatory for us. For our International Coaching Federation events, such as mentor coaching, we're not allowed to have more than 10 participants per live event.

Also, people need to be able to cancel their attendance to leave spaces open for others. When they do, they need to stop receiving automated reminders for the event. Thanks!!

I love this idea. I limit my monthly events to 25 people max for the same kind of reason. I've had to continue to use Acuity Scheduling because it's a feature they offer, but I would love to be able to use Simplero, and with this feature, it would be possible. Thanks for suggesting it, Karen!
