Remove "It looks like you already purchased this product" from subscription order forms

We´d love to be able to remove the warning: "It looks like you already purchased this product" from our subscription order forms.
It confuses our former members, holding them back from becoming members again.

Hey Calvin Correli, can I ask about this? I started using Simplero AFTER June 2022 so I'm confused about what was the case and what has changed.
I have a customer today that purchased the wrong product because they already had a similar one and thought that the software would prevent or alert them from buying the same product twice. So she bought the wrong thing and I had to manually edit her purchase.
A couple weeks ago, I had created a coupon code for the employees at a business that I had B2B dealings with to access a course for free. The coupon had limited uses. One of the customers didn't understand how to access her purchase after the transaction went through, and she purchased it twice, using 2 uses of the coupon code that she was supposed to only use one of.
I have contacted support to see if there was an option to prevent duplicate purchases, and they said no. So I added a feature request here https://requests.simplero.com/feature-requests/p/prevent-duplicate-purchases
I did not think that my feature request was competing against this one, because as I read this request, the OP wanted to remove it from SUBSCRIPTION order forms. My product is not a subscription. Buying it one time gives you lifetime access, and there's no reason why people would need two.
I understand that there are plenty of products that people might want to buy multiple times. But there are also plenty of cases where people only need one of. So I would find the ability to warn customers that they'd already purchased something as hugely beneficial, as opposed to a detriment.
Can we turn this into a product-level setting? I.e. I want to set these products to "warn against duplicate purchases" and then set other products to NOT "warn against duplicate purchases."

I have been having a recurring issue of people purchasing something they already have access to - what is a way I can prevent this? On the catalog page in Simplero, I have no ability to add any additional messages. I could add something on every single product, but that seems weird. Ideas? Suggestions?
Should I build a landing page that acts as the catalog so that I can make this very clear to people, or is there a way to show/hide products that have already been purchased?
Refunds cost me money. Store credit in Simplero is a joke because it is tied to a particular product - if they purchased it twice in error, how is that helpful? But this problem keeps coming up lately.
