Queue Email Broadcast, in Contact's Timezone

Not sure if it's already been mentioned, but... it would be great if we could queue a newsletter to be sent at a certain time according to a contact's timezone.
Not in an automation, but in an Email Broadcast.

Also add to newsletters as well as broadcasts, should work like the already existing in the automations.
