It has come to my attention that when a member of my community cancels a PayPal subscription, they need to manually go into their PayPal account and cancel it. This information is not being communicated clearly enough to the client.
I understand that a feature request already exists asking for the message to be displayed more clearly.
My recommendation is for Simplero to also send out an email to the participant who cancels a PayPal based subscription with details on where to go and how to fully cancel the subscription, stating that this is a PayPal requirement and that we are sorry for the inconvenience.
Or something like that.

PS - In the meantime, I've created an automation email that will be linked to a manually added PayPal tag, which isn't ideal, but I want to make sure my customers know how to fully cancel a subscription payment from PayPal.
PPS - It would be great if you could create a trigger that would recognize PayPal as a method of Payment, so that I can add that to my automation thread.
