Rather than completely removing prices that have been used up, give the option to show "Sold Out" for that price option.

Calvin Correli yay! Except there may be cases where some users don't want this - similar to the limited price countdowns, so it'd be great to be able to toggle on/off like we now can with the pricing countdowns 🙏
