📝 Order form should AUTO-fill for existing customers (think 1-click buying like Amazon!)

An existing customer and I were walking through the ordering process for one of my new products -- a good exercise that everyone should do occasionally to see the enrollment flow! -- and I was surprised that she had to fill out EVERYTHING again by hand... including how she heard of me (I made it a required custom field because it's so helpful when new customers say how they discovered my business)...
In simplero, landing page forms will autofill. Why doesn't the Order Form do that too? It's a far more important form 😬
Let's make it autofill, so that enrollment can be as quick and easy as possible... aiming towards 1-click purchasing like what Amazon allows? :)

Simplero does such a good job with nice little touches that make things easy and pleasant to use -- this stands out by its absence!

George Kao thank you for noticing and the suggestion. This sounds super useful and we definitely should have it. It sounds like it would be simple to implement. I'll review this and hopefully implement it soon.

This is an incredibly common scenario: opt-in for free product, then, on next page offer to buy something. We JUST ASKED for the customer info, so they shouldn't have to re-fill the form. (Maybe that's called a tripwire?)
Likewise, sending a BUY NOW link from an email to order form -- we know who they are, why make them fill in the form again?
This is not only good for sales, it's just the polite thing to do for customers.
Glad to hear it seems "simple to implement"!

Calvin Correli this looks to be a popular request 😊 and given that landing page forms can autofill, I hope it's easy to also make Order Forms autofill as well. Thank you 🙏🏼

Yes please! Also autofill known info when using scheduling links, please!

Yes, please, my clients have 6 classes per year and I'd like to send them a link so they click the [magic login] link, click the payment, and basta--done.

I had the same experience a while ago with one of my clients. The simpler it is to get a new product, the better.

I also have noticed that if you use Google autofill, like when Google remembers your address? It doesn't properly add the province (I'm in Canada) and city. So I have to manually type that part in, even if Google auto-fills my name, email address, address, etc.
