Notification trigger when a worksheet is updated/changed?

Hi!
It's possible to create a notification trigger when someone completes a worksheet for the first time. But I would also like the option to have a notification trigger when the worksheet is updated/changed. At present there is no way of telling when someone makes changes in their worksheet, unless you check it manually.
Hopefully you can take a look at this.
