We have a few situations where we sell a course that includes a [Course and Group and sometimes a Calendar]. I'd like to be able to group them under a single Folder in the navigation that's only visible to those purchasers, but there is no visibility setting like that for Folders. The reason for this is that it makes it simpler for the end user to see all the parts of that purchase in a single place.

We have lots of people who will never have multiple Groups or Courses, so it's preferable that they see the items they got grouped together in the navbar.
