The media library could stand some much-needed updating. First, when selecting media within a course, lesson, page, anywhere really... we should be able to filter by tag. Next, when deleting media, there should be a warning if it's currently being utilized anywhere on the site. Finally, a nice-to-have would be "suggested tags" that populate once the item is uploaded.
