The design of the Cookie Consent pop-up is configurable on sites that run the Classic experience design.

On sites that run the New Experience, the cookie consent pop-up is always floating / left, regardless of the theme settings.

Please consider making the layout of the cookie consent banner configurable on New Experience sites as well
