There are a couple of missing aspects that make it hard to see what someone's event registration history is. First, the Contact record only shows "Upcoming events"; there is no option to also (or only) show past Event signups. With products, we see both past and future purchases (free or paid).

The above is the most important, but a second improvement would be to allow hovering over email histories and see the actual Event name for which they received reminders. Currently, if I hover (or even click) on a past email that was sent from an automation, it shows the token instead of the actual Event name. For example, the subject of a recent email sent as a reminder to one Contact shows as 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀: 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 "{{𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁_𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲}}". This is true in both the "Emails sent" section and in the "Activities" section of the Contact record. It would help to be able to see the actual Event title instead of the token.
