Sausha Davis I've asked Justine to follow up on that. I tested your event connecting through an US VPN and I don't see the checkbox:

I have not seen that checkbox. Did it go away for you since your request was made here? Or maybe it depends on a setting somewhere else?

George Kao it hasn't been removed. The GDPR checkbox should show based on your account settings and the user location.

Lis Alvarez thanks for taking a look! I definitely did NOT change any GDPR settings in the past year, yet the "marketing" checkbox for events suddenly showed up one day, for a few weeks. Now, it's gone again... so maybe someone was messing with something and already fixed it :)
