Could we separate the toggle for: Member directory, member profiles, and mentioning of other members in posts & comments.

I want clients to be able to mention other members in posts & comments, but I don't want them to be able to see how many other members there are in the site (e.g if this toggle is switched on, you can see how many people are in each site on your dashboard).
