Have sites add themselves as either "subdomain" or /sitename if we have a custom domain on main site
Sarah Eskildsen-Mortensen
Hey team
I have many of my clients who doesn't want "simplerosites" as part of their URL on their membersites - I know this can be fixed via custom domains, but on the scale plan we only have 3.
Could there be some sort of workaround that makes the sites fall under the mainsite domain, and thereby not have the need to set up several (sub)domains.
But when we add a site we can choose to lay it under the main site domain, kind of like the funnels where the pages in the funnels are URL'ed in this way:
So if sites could be made in the same structure:
It would solve a lot of the hassle with the need for many custom domains. And then maybe have a toggle to create the site on it's own domain, for the cases where you want it on it's own separate domain.
Thanks
Sarah

I'm sure there are technical reasons for this not being a thing, but I may be missing the point. Isn't that the purpose of having sites is that it is actually a different site, IE a different domain. If there are just sub-pages then make sub pages on the main site domain as you already can. For those voting or for Simplero can you clarify the use case? You mention client sites but not following what clients have to do with your businesses sites on your own Simplero account?
