Would be great to have global coupon codes where EACH person could only use it X number of times.

Use case:

If they fill out an exit survey, they get a coupon for $150 off any ONE course they buy. They can use it on any course and once they use that global code, they can no longer use it, but others can continue to use it as well (until their limit).
