There actually is a back and forward button on the Simplero phone app, but not on the desktop browser.

When watching videos from other Simplero members, I experience all these micro moments of frustration, because when something is missed, attempting to move the bar back a few seconds is very arduous. PLEASE fix this! Buttons, keyboard shortcuts, whatever. Hopefully both.

I also just had a request to rewind 30 seconds, as one client, who is tech savvy, had an issue with moving the bar. Thanks Laura Simms!
