I'd like to be able to make my past newsletters readily available to anyone who visits my website. Is there a way to do this? (I know that subscribers can find past newsletters under their email preferences.)

Also, I requested the option of allowing a newsletter to be sent out twice a month on specific days. Could this please be implemented? This way I will have one list of archived newsletters for viewing. Right now I create two newsletters which go to the same list. One is sent on the 1st Sunday of the month, the other on the 3rd Sunday. It would be awesome if I didn't have to toggle between the two! Thanks!
