Easy to find billing details for clients
Jeanette K Qvarfot
After the last change of the dashboard it makes it even harder for a client to change a card / membership levels etc - having to go though several hoops (not always easy logic for a client) is not sustainable. Here is feedback from one of our clients and my reply.. "please give instructions..to change card details for my monthly subscription it is not intuitive. thanks" - the need for a very long reply.. it really should not be this hard..
" Hello x,
Thank you for your feedback - We are sorry it is confusing - the tech guys have been at it again .. thinking they make it better but failing badly..

We are really sorry about the faff for a simple action and am reporting your feedback to the developers asap.

Adding to this, the Payment Information section is the 5th item down the 'Manage' page, which means even when they do get there, they still struggle to find it (based on feedback from my Simplero Admin clients' customers). I feel the Payment Information section should be closer to the top, since that's the most likely reason our customers have gone looking for this page in the first place :)

Kristina Smith totally agree
Directory Toolkit
I agree this falls into the "once you are told you are good" category but you still have to be told the first time as it is not an automatic find for clients for sure. The only issue is with a complex system like Simplero where each product has its own payment update option it is not as easy as update your payment info and this does seem like the best way to do it. I also made a how-to for my clients as this has been an issue for me as well: https://www.directoryhelpdesk.com/blog/113296-updating-your-credit-card-for-payments
The only thing I can think of is have a my payments on the dropdown and have that go to a screen like our contacts payments section where that would list all the cards they have on file and what products they were linked to?
