Hi.
The skip function does not work when a contact has been paused.. So they will receive the email even though the step in the automation is marked as skipped.
example:
  1. A contact lands in a 'wait until step' with the date oct. 21st
  2. The contact is paused in the automation while waiting in the 'wait until step'
  3. On oct. 25th the contact is resumed.
  4. They will now receive the email even tough it is marked as 'Skip'
I hope you can find a solution for this so we can keep a professional image and brand.
Solution could be: Add an option to steps something link this:
Date and time field to turn the 'live button' off (this would make it possible to let a step expire and prevent anyone from receiving this step after the specific date and time).
