Right now the billing address is aparently required for every sale, why? I can see it if a person is not logged in, but it really hampers the flow when the info is not auto fiilled in and they have to fill in for every booking paid call for example. It is more than annoying and I'm sure people are losing sales. Is there a way to just default to the logged in billing address then have a toggle to change billing address if desired or something? Not even sure why it is in there as not part of the actual credit card billing section where I think the billingaddress would be. It also does not pull up the credit card on file for the logged in user so that card info has to be filled in every time as well. We are putting in zipcode twice for example, so not streamlined or Simplero at all the way it sits. There has to be a better way to streamline that but still meet whatever requirements are seemingly needed for TaxJar.
Perhaps it is an issue of the universal Simplero login and associated info vs the site I am currently on CRM or contact record info. Support stated that it's never been set up to automatically connect a signed in user to automatically be connected to a specific contact record. so maybe that is the real issue, the system needs to know 1 that I am logged in 2. know what billing address was added for the site I am on and then fill in that billing and payment info.
