I would love to have the capability to see and compare the number of views my landing pages and website pages receive based on the type of device used: mobile, web (desktop), or tablet. This feature would enable me to better understand where my audience is engaging most and help me optimize my pages for each device type.
How It Would Work:
Ideally, there would be an analytics dashboard that breaks down page views by device type. It could include:
Overall Device Breakdown: A high-level view showing the percentage of page views coming from mobile, desktop, and tablet.
Page-Specific Device Stats: A more detailed view where I can select a specific landing page or website page to see how its views are distributed across devices.
Date Range Filters: The ability to set specific time frames to analyze changes over time.
Use Cases:
Content Optimization: I can adjust the layout, media, and design of pages to be more user-friendly for the most common device type.
Targeted Campaigns: If I know a page is viewed primarily on mobile, I can ensure my ads and promotions are optimized for mobile users.
User Behavior Insights: Gaining insights into device preferences allows me to better understand my audience’s engagement patterns.
