Hey, I'm hosting a paid event today and my workflow looks like this: register for the event, it has manual approval. Then we will email you a purchase link. Once you pay the purchase link, your registration gets approved.

Unfortunately, some spam bot found my event and I now have 250 or so spam pending registrations for this event.

First of all, I'd love a way to prevent spam sign-up https://simplero.canny.io/feature-requests/p/block-spam-signups-in-more-situations-events-products-courses but that's already requested.

This request is: can I just DELETE event registrations? Right now, all I can do is "deny" or "cancel" but they're still there on my list.
