Hi, I had my data stolen by a rogue/disgruntled employee on New Years Eve. He removed all my images, videos and emptied the membership sites/web-site. It took me a while to resolve and I had to suspend my business for a week or so. I was under the impression that things were backed-up by Simplero but was eventually told they had not been despite this being quoted in your terms of service.
Is this something you can look into. Obviously I will never give this level of access to anyone gain- lesson learned!
