The confirmation email for lists has the merge field {{confirm}}. In that merge field it translates to "Click the button below to confirm your desire to receive emails from the list (NAME OF LIST)."

I know that Simplero is a CRM. People know that they are getting on an email list, but it would be great to remove the word 'list'. And just say the name of the business and the list name? I don't know anyone who wants to confirm they are to be put on a mailing list. You aren't getting info about a list, you are getting info about what you have requested.
