When setup with a mail like: info@domain.com that forwards all incoming mail to the support ticket system, all replies are being sent from an obscure email from the Simplero.com-domain.
It would make sense to be able to send mails through that same email address as the original ticket was created from. The feature might tend to be for advances users as it would require an SMTP connection, but it would be very valuable to us and probably others. Also, it would help avoiding the spam filter at customers' ends.
