Create a "Moderator" Admin Role

I would love to see an admin role, set up for membership site moderation.
I envision this person having a tag of "staff" or better yet “facilitator” or "moderator” or a custom name/badge/tag.
This role would allow the person to
(1) respond to site members' posts in lessons and forum
(2) Post in the forum and lessons
(3) Go into individuals' accounts and view/engage in dialogue on worksheets.
(4) Send broadcast emails (ideally a custom setting for this per person).
This role would allow a person to have a dual role of being a member in the membership site as well as a moderator.
Optimally, you would create a dashboard for us, where we can see all completed worksheets in a list, so that we can go in from there. Additionally, I would like the ability for the moderator to receive email updates notifying them of completed worksheets (ideally we could set this in notifications).
If we could take a step further, I would like the ability to establish groups or use tags to further refine which worksheets this moderator can see so that I can add moderators for categories of people. And to further customize notifications.

Yes! I think this is valuable. I would add the following features for this role:
1) add the ability to pin posts (in the forum or category), and
2) add the ability to schedule their own posts for later.
