My problem is that when I use automatic subtitles (transcript) sometimes the transcript is incorrect. So I want to correct it and replace it. I download the subtitles, correct them and then save the corrected file as an VTT og SRT file. But when I try to replace the new corrected file it doesn't work. This is ESSENTIAL to fix, I upgraded to the Skyrocket program to get this feature, but I can't use it when it is not possible to correct the transcripts so the subtitles are correct.

I have submitted a ticket one week ago - and still not been answered - the person that answered the ticket sent it to tech, and then - nothing. This cannot be that difficult to correct? PLEASE help - I need this to work!
