Specify that "your subscriptions" are email lists on the customer subscription page. Suggested change to: "Your Email Subscriptions"

We receive reports from members thinking that they've cancelled their paid membership subscription but they're actually just unsubscribing from emails and thinking that they unsubscribed from their membership.

When viewing the subscriptions page, I can see how this could be confusing.
