I have been using Acuity but would like to end my subscription and replace it with these links in Simplero, so the Payment option is very important.
I have two other questions however.
- LARGO is self-explanatory because that is just 1 lesson a month. ALLEGRO is (2) lessons a month and PRESTO is (4) lessons a month. How do my customers book the remainder of their lessons without being charged for each booking?

I would suggest using a funnel :)
Use an order form to collect payment on step 1, setup all 3 prices with a trigger to indicate which option they selected.
Then set up a split condition on the funnel to take them to 1, 2, or 4 scheduling link steps sequence.
