The Problem:
Currently, when managing an ongoing, recurring event series, there is no way to bulk add triggers to multiple occurrences within the series. Each trigger must be manually added to each individual event, which can be very time-consuming and cumbersome.
For example, I have 43 recurring events set up this year, and each event requires the same three triggers to be added. This totals 129 manual additions, which is not only repetitive but also prone to errors or missed configurations.
The Impact:
This manual process significantly increases the administrative workload, especially for users managing high volumes of recurring events. The lack of bulk functionality also detracts from Simplero’s overall efficiency and user experience.
Proposed Solution:
Introduce a feature that allows users to:
-Add triggers to all occurrences of a recurring event series in bulk.
-Optionally select specific events within a series to apply triggers.
This functionality would save a tremendous amount of time and effort, while also ensuring consistency across all recurring events in the series.
Benefit to Users:
Reduced time spent on repetitive tasks.
Improved accuracy and consistency in applying triggers.
Enhanced user experience, particularly for those managing large event series.
I believe this feature would be a valuable addition to Simplero and align well with the platform’s mission to simplify complex processes for users.
