BOUNCED CONTACTS should have automations + list subscriptions paused

One thing that I feel would be VERY IMPORTANT to happen for bounced contacts is...
1) the subscription to the list on which they were labeled as bounced is immediately paused.
2) the automation which may have been running when the contact was labeled as bounced is also automatically paused.
3) Do not indicate in the ACTIVITIES that the email "was skipped because the contact opted out of emails". ... They didn't opt out. The email bounced and they are still listed as subscribed.
more details about #1) As it is right now, I have a lot of bounced contacts who, on the surface, seem active because they still show as subscribed and the automations still run yet the contact doesn't get the automated email. :(
Can this please be corrected to tidy up the process? I attached three pics for one of my bounced contacts. She shows as subscribed and the automation shows as running, yet under ACTIVITIES, the emails are not sent.
more details about #2) The other incongruency (which can be seen in the screenshot of ACTIVITIES) is that once the contact is marked as bounced, the automated email is labeled as not being sent because "was skipped because the contact opted out of emails".
Thanks so much. I hope this is something that can be corrected. It will sure make looking at our "subscribed contacts", "running automations" or other reports more accurate.
