I would love to be able to see if and who has downloaded a media file, especially for course content.

I have a case where a customer for one of my clients, wants a refund we can see that the customer has viewed the lessons but not if the content files has been downloaded. If it’s been downloaded we of course don’t want to refund.

Since we currently can’t see that, then we’ll have to give the customer the benefit of doubt.

But for future cases it would be great to be able to see that somewhere.
