Be able to detect new purchases of a subscription level product, when they're already on a subscription

Hey team
I have a client where we have two subsctiption products that are interlinked as subscription levels - so far so good.
But we have quite a few end users that when they want to change their subscription level they go in and make a new purchase via the product's order form, instead of going in to their dashboard -> order history -> subscription product in order to make changes to their existing subscription.
We've made a video guide, links to order history etc. but we still have people making new purchases and then we have to go in and clean up the mess with several subscription products and refund them.
I would love if it was someway possible that Simplero detects this and gives them a message "hey it looks like you're trying to up/downgrade your subscription - to make changes to your existing subscription go here (LINK)"
Or even better can choose that it's up/downgrade to their existing subscription on the orderform and then it makes the correct setup internally as if they went through "subscription change" - but this might be more difficult?
Thanks for all your great work to make Simplero even better 🥳 and for considering this request.
Best

100% yes hadn't had this happen yet but only have the levels setup on 1 product so it will happen. Now that you guys have added the do not show if they already have the product options I can manaully prevent this but to some extent to not let them buy again, but if people do not know of that or do not setup this functiaonlity would be preferred anyway.

Directory Toolkit in my client case we have two products that are linked as subscription levels to each other.
So there's product A - which is very basic, and hence only have some features open to them.
And there's product B - the next level product which of course have more features
Each product have 2 (or more) subscription prices connected, monthly or yearly
So they have bought product A and goes in to "upgrade" to product B, but instead of going through their dashboard and order history, they go straight to the product sales page and through to the order form.
So in this case I wouldn't even be able to set up "not show" because they don't have the product B, so it would show anyway.

Sarah Eskildsen-Mortensen Got it forgot linked levels are added as actual products not tiers of same one like most every other system.
