I would very much like to be able to add a navigation link to a course below another course in the navigation just like we can do with pages.

In this specific client use case we have a Full video library of excercises (training), but we've also picked out specific videos from the library to create a program focussing on specific areas/issues.

And I would love that the main library is the top point in the navigation and place the sub-courses below as drop-down in the navigation. For now I can only place them in a drop down folder, and either add the main libary into the folder or have it as a main navigation point by itself.
